Pelvic Floor Tone & Restore
Saturdays // 8:15-9:15am
Although this class is labeled as being for the pelvic floor, we work on the entire lower body–stretching, strengthening, toning, and restoring alignment. This class is perfect for anyone dealing with hip/knee/back/foot pain, incontinence (aka sneeze pee), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, swelling, or pregnancy related aches and pains. It is appropriate for both pre and postnatal ladies (as well as those we have never had kids!)
Core Tone & Restore
Thursdays // 12:30-1:30 pm **Starts in September**
Crunches are one of the popular go-to exercises for core strength, but they aren’t always the best option! Learn how to strengthen your core muscles for optimal daily functioning without aggravating diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues. Appropriate for women (8+ weeks postpartum) and men of all fitness levels, but not intended for pregnant mamas. Babies up to 1 year welcome.

When we experience a pelvic floor disorder, most of us are told that these issues are inevitable or that we just need to do more kegels. Restorative Exercise offers a different solution: Improve your body alignment, and change the way you move to recover your health.
Come learn the corrective exercises and lifestyle changes you need to heal and prevent these common female issues! This class is ideal for any woman who has experienced, or would like to prevent:
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Sexual dysfunction
- Menstrual cramps
- SI joint pain
- Edema, swelling
- High blood pressure
- Pelvic floor trauma
- Hip, knee, back or pelvic pain
- A painful pregnancy
- A cesarean section (a pelvis that was “too small” or a baby that was stuck/breach/posterior)

Join me to dive deeper into pelvic health and alignment. This workshop will expand your understanding and give you lots of new material to work with. You will learn:
-more advanced layers to exercises from the Intro Workshop
-new exercises to continue improving your pelvic floor health
-how core and pelvic floor function are related
-practical ways to incorporate this into your daily activities
-more about walking, minimal shoes and natural movement
Diastasis Recti Recovery
Learn to restore your core through alignment-based exercise. Increase abdominal strength and flexibility, and tune in to the subtleties of natural core function. You will learn how your current posture and movement habits may be contributing to core weakness. And we’ll discuss simple everyday life adjustments to correct these habits.
This workshop includes:
– restorative exercise handouts + homework
– a copy of Katy Bowman’s book Diastasis Recti: The whole body solution to abdominal weakness and separation.
Move Your DNA Workshop

A Move Your DNA Workshop is a two-day intensive designed to give you hands-on experience with all of the exercises taught in the book Move your DNA. The only prerequisite is having read the book. The curriculum will consist of just those exercises, giving you a chance to thoroughly explore the movement with the benefit of a certified Restorative Exercise Specialist teaching and observing you.
